Im looking for someone / a couple to share half of a 125sqm flat next to the Rummelsburgersee. It will be 1300 warm for 55sqm of their own space (bedroom, small guest room or office, bathroom and living room), plus an 18 sqm shared kitchen / dining area, a 17 sqm terrace and some semi private garden space. The layout is best described as 2 flats coming off opposing sides of a shared kitchen, so it'll be WG living with a lot of personal space! There are also bike sheds in the communal green space.

The kitchen shown in photo will be removed and there will be a separate kitchen. As the landlord is currently renovating the flat, I don't have pictures of the future, shared kitchen yet. The photos shown are for the half of the flat that will be your private space. It will be unfurnished.

The flat is less than 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop and Aldi, the S-Bahn is 8 minutes away. There is also an Edeka and Rewe that can be easily reached by bike. The area is very residential so very quiet at night. Friedrichshain is only a short tram / bike ride away, where you will find plenty of nightlife. The embankment around Rummelsburgersee is also perfect for someone who likes running.
