Die sanierte Holzdielen-Wohnung mit hohen Räumen (teilweise mit Stuckdecke) verfügt über 3 Zimmer auf 75 m², hat zwei große Balkone und wird voll ausgestattet/möbliert untervermietet. Sie ist aufgeteilt in Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Arbeitszimmer sowie Bad und Küche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Backofen). Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist auch für eine WG geeignet.
I am renting out my beautiful, quiet and bright apartment in the Weitlingkiez in Lichtenberg from 1st of January 2025 for 3 months. The freshly renovated apartment with very high ceilings (partly with stucco) consists of 3-rooms, measures 75 m², has two balconies, is fully equipped / furnished. It is divided into a living room with dining area, a bedroom, a office room, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven) and the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The flat would also be suited for sharing.
Durch die Nähe zum S+U Bahnhof Lichtenberg (3 Gehminuten) ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut (S5, S7, U5, Regionalbahnen und viele Buslinien). Zum Alex sind es ca. 15 min, zum Simon-Dach-Kiez in Friedrichshain ca. 5 min. Die Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht man mit dem Bus in ca. 10 min. Flughafen und Bahnhof sind auch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Fußläufig entfernt sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch sonntags geöffnet haben. Restaurants, Cafes, und Bars findet man im Weitlingkiez.
Due to the proximity to the S + U station Lichtenberg (3 minutes), the transport links are very good (S5, S7, U5, regional trains and many bus lines). To the Alex it is about 15 minutes, to Simon-Dach-Kiez in Friedrichshain about 5 minutes. The Rummelsburger Bucht can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes. Airport and Railwaystation are also easy and fast to reach. Within walking distance are numerous shops and supermarkets, some are also open on Sundays. Restaurants, cafes, and bars can be found in the Weitlingkiez.
Die Mieter sollten mindestens 25 Jahre alt und berufstätig sein und eine eigene Hausrats-/Haftpflichtversicherung abgeschlossen haben. Ich wünsche mir, dass meine Wohnung und meine Sachen in der Wohnung mit Sorgfalt und Respekt behandelt werden. Bitte keine Raucher und kein Party-Publikum!
