Suche Nachmieter für meine 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Marzahn. Sie liegt am Stadtrand direkt gegenüber vom Ahrensfelder Berg.
Bei einem Einzug zum 01.09.2009, vll auch noch zum 01.10.2009, besteht die Möglichkeit auf einen Monat mietfreies wohnen. Voraussetzung ist die Übernahme einer selbst eingebauten Abstellkammer am Ende des Flures.
Es besteht auch noch die Möglichkeit auf die Übernahme der Teppichböden und der Einbauküche, solange sie noch nicht entfernt wurden.
Die momentane Warmmiete beläuft sich bei mir für die 68,49qm Wohnung auf 398,33 Euro, da ich sie nur als 2. Wohnung hatte. Bei Neuvermietung wird die anfängliche Warmmiete laut GAGFAH bei 444 Euro liegen, da sie mit erhöhten Nebenkosten (Heizkosten) rechnen.
