Zwischenmiete / Sublet - 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Mitte

Hi everyone,

I am looking to sublet my flat for a period of at least four months due to professional reasons. The dates mentioned above are flexible.

The flat follows a typical Berliner yard-flat layout, featuring a corridor, bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious main room. It is fully furnished with everything needed for daily life.

The rent includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, and internet). A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent (€1,150) is required upon signing the contract.

Located in Mitte, the flat offers easy access to public transport, as well as restaurants, cafés, stores, and other amenities.

A subletting contract will need to be signed by both parties, along with agreements regarding internet use, furniture, and appliances.
Please note that registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.

Additionally, it is important to me that you take care of my plants by watering them regularly during the rental period. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing renovations, and scaffolding has been placed on the facade.
