Befristet: Schöne 2 Zi Wo Mitte mit Balkon für Juli/August

Eine sehr zentrale Lage: Die Friedrichstr. erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 5 min, den Hauptbahnhof in 12 min. Auch weitere Haltestellen und Linien (U5/U6/M10) sind sehr nah. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man zu den meisten Orten im Ring in 15min (max. 20min)

In direkter Nähe zur Wohnung gibt es einen DM, einen Lidl, eine Apotheke und ein paar Restaurants.

A very central location: Friedrichstrasse can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes, the Hauptbahnhof in 12 minutes. Other stops and lines (U5/U6/M10) are also very close. There is a bus stop right outside the front door. By bike you can get to most places in the Ring in 15 min (max. 20 min)

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a DM, a Lidl, a pharmacy and a few restaurants.

Es ist wie gesagt unsere eigene Wohnung mit unseren Möbeln etc. , entsprechend ist uns wichtig an Menschen zu vermieten, bei denen wir uns sicher sein können, dass die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand bleibt.

Was außerdem wichtig ist: Unser Balkon ist sehr schön grün mit diversen Gemüse/Blumen. Wir suchen also auch Menschen mit grünem Daumen /bzw. Menschen die regelmäßig gießen können und wollen.

Schreibt uns bitte kurz, wer ihr seid, was ihr in Berlin über den Sommer so macht/machen wollt und ob ihr persönlich vorbeikommen könnt oder erstmal über Zoom quatschen wollt. Gerne auch mit Terminvorschlag.

PS: Wir sind Mitglieder in einer SoLaWi, über die wir regelmäßig Gemüse und Eier bekommen. Falls Interesse besteht, könntet ihr auch das Gemüse bekommen, aber das ist keine Vorraussetzung für die Wohnung und wir würden da ggf. eine seperate Vereinbarung treffen.

As I said, it is our own apartment with our furniture etc., so it is important to us to rent to people we can be sure will keep the apartment in good condition.

What is also important is that our balcony is very green with various vegetables/flowers. So we are also looking for people who can and want to water them regularly.

Please let us know who you are, what you're doing in Berlin over the summer and whether you can come by in person or would like to chat on Zoom first. Please also suggest a date.

PS: We are members of a SoLaWi, through which we regularly receive vegetables and eggs. If you are interested, you could also get the vegetables, but that is not a prerequisite for the apartment and we would make a separate agreement if necessary.
