I‘m subletting my lovely apartment in Europacity from the 1st of July until the 31st of August. It‘s a fully-furnished and fully-equipped two bedroom apartment in a brand-new building with a view of the canal. It consists of a spacious living room with a built-in kitchen including a dish washer, a bedroom with a built-in closet and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer.
Perfect place to spend the summer in Berlin or to start off in town to find something more long-term.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Europacity beim Hamburger Bahnhof Museum in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt am Spandauer Schiffahrtskanal. Supermärkte und Drogeriemarkt sind direkt um die Ecke und auch mehrere Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nachbarschaft. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und weitere Bus- und U-Bahnhaltestellen sind zwischen 3 und 10 Minuten entfernt. Sämtliche beliebte Gegenden in Mitte, Wedding und Prenzlauer Berg sind außerdem easy zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

The apartment is located in Europacity right by the Hamburger Bahnhof museum in a quiet side street directly by the canal. Supermarkets are just around the corner and there are several cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood. The central station is 10 minutes away by foot and other bus and U-Bahn connections are also just between 3 and 10 minutes walk away. Several popular areas in Mitte, Wedding and Prenzlauer Berg are also just a short walk or bike ride away.
