Lively flat in the heart of Berlin near Rosenthaler Platz. Big living room with Tv, Stereo set, cozy lighting, big dining/office table. Cozy bedroom with big bed and lots of room to leave clothes. Spacious kitchen with all the necessities, mixer, sandwich toaster, high end water filter, terrazzo sink. Little chamber with fridge and more storage room. Bathroom with miele washing mashine. All the rooms exept the hallway have a music box and the whole flat is decorated with baught and selfmade art. Most of the furniture is from the 70s and selfmade.
The street is really quiet and you have alone 2 cafes in the buliding. One of them being a famous vegan bakery who have amazing breakfast. Supermarket, vinylstore, späti, camera shop, fliwer shop are in close walking distance.
I am looking for someine who is appreciating the uniqueness of the flat. No drugs, no parties. Smoking possible in the kitchen.
