ich biete eine 3 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Balkon und 100qm direkt am Humboldthain-Park zum Tausch an.
Die Wohnung kostet 900 warm. Es ist ein WBS für 3 Zimmer erforderlich.
Im Gegenzug suche ich eine min. 2 Zimmer (Altbau-) Wohnung, gerne mit Balkon, in Mitte / Pberg OHNE Wbs bis max. 800 warm.
Müsste relativ schnell gehen, da die Wohnung bald frei wird und ein Nachmieter vorgeschlagen werden kann.
Bitte nur schreiben, wenn ihr eine tauschbare Wohnung habt bzw. euer Vermieter bereits zugestimmt hat, dass ihr auch einen Nachmieter vorschlagen dürft.
