Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf den Fernsehturm und den Berliner Dom! Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Neben Möbeln sind auch sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Elektrogeräte, Putzmittel, Handtücher etc. zur Nutzung vorhanden.

I sublet my rooftop apartment in Berlin Mitte for a limited period of 3 months. The apartment has approx. 80 sqm with a large living room and adjoining kitchen, separate bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The highlight is the large terrace with a view of the TV tower and Berlin Cathedral! The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. In addition to the furniture you see, all kitchen utensils, electrical appliances, cleaning products, towels etc. are available for use.

Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage in der Nähe der Museumsinsel und des Monbijouparks. In der Gegend befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Über die S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Tram ist man außerdem perfekt angebunden.

The apartment is perfectly located close to Museum Island and Monbijoupark. There are many restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping facilities in the area. The S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Tram also provide excellent connections.

Der Mietzeitraum ist der 01.01.2025 - 31.03.2025. Ein Einzug bereits zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr ist auf Absprache ohne Mehrkosten möglich. Der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf die monatliche Miete und beinhaltet bereits sämtliche Nebenkosten. Die zusätzliche Kaution, welche nach Ende der Mietdauer zurückbezahlt wird, beläuft sich auf 1.400 €. Eine Besichtigung vor Ort ist jederzeit möglich. Bei allen Rückfragen stehe ich auch vorab gerne zur Verfügung.
