I am offering my apartment for sublet between 15/01 - 10/03 while I am away. I can be a little flexible with the dates depending on your need. The apartments is 52m2 and has 2.5 rooms with a master bedroom, separate living area with kitchen and a smaller spare room / home office. The apartment would be suitable for a couple or small family. I am asking for 1100 euros rent per month including all utilities + a 500eur security deposit. Unfortunately I can not offer Anmeldung.

The location is Kastanienalle in Mitte, around 5 minutes walk from Ubhf Rosenthalerplatz and 1 minute from Zionskirchplatz tram. If you are not familiar with the area it is a nice spot with all amenities close by, plenty of places to shop, eat and drink and in a nice, not too hectic neighbourhood.

As mentioned the room has a master double bedroom and I can make space for your belongings should you decide to take the room. Also there is a separate living area with a kitchen with all the appliances you should need during your stay, the bathroom is fitted with a shower and washing machine, and finally the smaller spare room comes with loft bed and also houses my desk for working witch you could also make use of if you are working from home. Size wise it would be suitable for a couple or small family with the spare bed if needed. I can offer a viewing over video call or in person if you are interested.
