Subletting my lovely apartment close to Alexanderplatz in Berlin Mitte since I will be traveling from 8.02.2025 until 11.03.2025
It is a 3 room flat on 2nd floor in a quiet area. I will use the smaller room to put all of my stuff inside and lock the door so you will actually rent a 2 room flat :D
Your area:
It consists of an entrance area for your jackets and shoes, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine and a kitchen which comes with a fridge and freezer, induction cooker and oven, dish washer, full equipment for cooking and enough space for all of your stuff and to dry your laundry
Next is a beautiful bright living room with cozy furniture and a dining area which I also use when working in home office.
In the bedroom you will find a 140x200 bed and enough space for all your belongings you will bring with you
I can also offer you towels and bed sheets so you can literally just move in with your luggage. :)
The location is awesome. It's a peaceful area surrounded by other buildings, it is so quiet that you can even sleep with windows open :) within 10 mins walk you are either in the busy heart of Berlin or in the middle of Volkspark Friedrichshain!
Public transport:
U5, Schillingstrasse - 4 mins walk
M5, M6, M8, Büschingstrasse - 4 mins walk
S3, S5, S7, S9 and DB connections, Alexanderplatz - 10 mins walk
Groceries:
EDEKA - 2 mins walk
ALDI - 3 mins walk
Netto - 4 mins walk
Sight seeing/Night life:
All of the major sight seeing spots are max 30 mins away from here
You will find nice bars and restaurants at Rosentaler platz which is 20 mins walk or 10 mins with M8
Clubs such as KitKat or Tresor are easy to reach within a 15-20 mins walk
