Wir lösen unserer 2er WG auf und verlassen unsere schöne 89 QM Wohnung, die sich auf 4 Zimmer aufteilt:
- Ein großes Schlafzimmer
- ein kleines Schlafzimmer
- ein Wohnzimmer
- ein Büro

Küche und Bad sind natürlich auch dabei ;), inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine

Wer Mitte kennt, weiß, dass diese Lage quasi nirgends zu bekommen ist. Du wohnst DIREKT am Arkonaplatz. Das heißt du brauchst 3 min zu Fuß zur U8, 10 min zu Fuß zur Torstraße und bist innerhalb von 5-10 min am Mauerpart - wohnst quasi daneben.

Außerdem gibt es eine Grundschule um die Ecke, einen Friseur, einige schöne Cafés.

Wir ziehen aus, da mein Mitbewohner nach Wien zieht und ich nach 3 Jahren mal in einen anderen Stadtteil ziehen möchte.

Der Vermieter ist Amerikaner und möchte die Wohnung gerne mit-renovieren. D.h. alle Möbel können raus und auch wenn Du Vorschläge hast was man ändern sollte - gib ihm einfach Bescheid.
