This fully furnished city apartment is located amongst some of Berlin's best restaurants, bars and food stores and just minutes away from all sorts of public transport (tube, train, tram) and close to many galleries and museums. The flat is to be found in Bergstraße, Berlin-Mitte, in a quiet courtyard with a private park. It is located on the third floor, reachable with an elevator and has an idyllic balcony. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen-diner with a daybed. It's very well heatable, unfortunately with Gaz though.
There is a washing machine. The flat is equipped with Wifi, a stereo and a smart TV. Bedding and towels are available as well as a hair dryer and an iron. It does not contain any personal items but a large library full of interesting books, CDs and DVDs. Minimum time to rent this flat is six months. Ideal for couples and single persons. The flat is free from 1st April 2025. Rent is 1590 Euros per month all inclusive (heating, power, cable, Wifi). Minium time to rent is six months. Die Tramstation Pappelplatz ist zwei Minuten weg, von hier aus fährt eine Straßenbahn in sieben Minuten direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Gut fünf Minuten braucht man zu Fuß zum S-Bahnhof Nordbahnhof, von hier aus ist man wiederum in wenigen Minuten an der Friedrichstraße. In sieben Minuten geht man zum U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz, von dort aus sind es mit der U8 nur zwei Stationen zum Alexanderplatz.
In weniger als einer Minute ist man von der Wohnung aus im neuen Hipster-Café "Distrikt" und dem Restaurant KatzOrange. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich unter anderem der Bäcker Sebastien, zu dem halb Berlin pilgert, ebenso das Feinkost Geschäft "Vom Einfachen das Gute" und das Craft-Bier-Paradies Brewdog.
The Pappelplatz tram stop is two minutes away, from here a tram runs directly to the main railway station in seven minutes. It takes a good five minutes to walk to the Nordbahnhof S-Bahn station, from here it is just a few minutes to Friedrichstraße. It is a seven-minute walk to Rosenthaler Platz underground station, from where it is just two stops on the U8 to Alexanderplatz.
The hipster café "Distrikt" and the KatzOrange restaurant are less than a minute's walk from the flat. Just around the corner is the bakery Sebastien , which half of Berlin makes a pilgrimage to, as well as the delicatessen "Vom Einfachen das Gute" and the craft beer paradise Brewdog.
