We’re offering our lovely, fully furnished apartment for three month (mid March-mid June). The 3-room apartment (80m2) is in Berlin-Mitte, around the corner from beautiful Zionskirchplatz and Rosenthaler Platz. Weinbergspark is across the road. There are many cosy cafés, great restaurants and cultural locations in this lively neighbourhood.
The apartment has:
- A spacious open kitchen (fully equipped // dish washer etc)
- Big and bright living room (around 40m2)
- Sunny balcony
- 2 bathrooms incl. bathtub and shower
- 1 large bedroom (17m2) with a double bed (180cm) and small desk with monitor
- 1 small bedroom (11m2) with a comfy inflatable mattress plus desk and monitor
- The washing machine can be used (+towels etc)
- High speed Wi-Fi included
- Cleaner visits weekly (120€ additional monthly cost)
- baby / kids bed available if needed
Since this is our home and we have a lot of families living in our building, it is important for us to have respectful tenants, no parties etc.

Located in the heart of Mitte near Rosenthaler Platz- the most central and best area to stay! Just opposite Weinbergspark, near Mauerpark. Hackescher Markt is a 10 min. walk away. Many cute shops and great restaurants in the neighbourhood.
