Ich mitte meine Wohnung nur für zwei Monate, da ich würde nicht in Berlin sein.
Ein Schlaffzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, sowie separate Küche. Es hat alles was man für alltag braucht - mobiliert mit Waschmachine, Kühlschrank. Es gibt kein Fehrseher. Die Gebaude hat auch kein Aufzug.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral - es ist neben Rosenthaler Platz. Es gibt alles nebenbei. Viele Restaurants, Cafes und Supermarkte -Rewe, Lidl, BioMarkt. Es gibt min 3 Spätis ganz neben. Hackescher Markt sowie Alexanderplatz sind zum laufen. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhof daher sehr ruhig.
Es ist ein Altbau aber gut renoviert. Die Wohnung ist in sehr gute Zustand - sauber und gut gepflegt.
Ich kann mit genaues Datum flexibel sein. Keine Anmeldung oder Briefkaste.
Keine Tiere sind erlaubt. Es ist auch nicht erlaubt Parties zu machen. Ich suche für ein Person bereit alles sauber zu nutzen.
