The spacious (87m2) flat has a well-fitted, modern, fully equipped kitchen—everything is functional and included (Internet + building costs). You will be very well located, within minutes of Tram, Bahn, and Bus, at the famous Torstrasse—Rosenthaler Platz.

I am looking for ONE responsible person, **preferably someone already in Berlin who can visit in the next few days and needs a short stay for work or study.

Important Requirements:

-- Please provide a personal, verifiable reference of you as a guest (Airbnb profile) or, alternatively, a LinkedIn profile.
-- You need to be an absolute non-smoker (deal breaker here)
-- You shall agree to commit to the fair use of resources and appliances, compatible with one person's comfortable living

***NOTE: I can be a bit flexible with the start and end dates if you need a couple of days longer.

***CAUTION: This flat is definitely NOT SUITABLE for party-goers or people who really need to share their unsolicited music with other people living in the building. Unfortunately, the landlord lives in the building, and neighbors have little tolerance for loud music at any given time of the day. Please be aware that this is a flat in a typical Altbau, and acoustic insulation is poor by standard. There is no possibility of registering under my address for this short stay.
