Ich werde für 5-6 Monate in Asien sein, daher vermiete ich meine komplette Wohnung in Berlin Mitte. Start soll ab 01.11.2024 werden. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Geboten wird eine schöne möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung. Ideal für Paare, da die Wohnung ein riesiges Bett (1,80 m x 2 m) besitzt, als auch für eine WG, weil im dritten Zimmer ebenfalls ein kleines 1 Meter Bett vorhanden ist. Sowohl im großen Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Smart-TV (Netflix und co. möglich). Außerdem habe ich eine eigene Einbauküche einbauen lassen samt Geschirrspüler.
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Verkehrsanbindung, da sie nur wenige Meter vom bekannten Alexanderplatz entfernt ist. Alle Himmelsrichtungen können mittels U-, S-Bahn und Bus angesteuert werden. Mehrere Supermärkte sind direkt in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Natürlich kann man auch zum Bummeln ins Alexa (Shoppingcenter) gehen oder im nahegelegenen Tapas-Restaurant gut speisen.
Der Preis ist eine pauschale Inklusiv-Miete. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu.
