Hey there,

I'm looking for someone to rent my flat for 5 weeks, starting Oct. 9th. It features a separate bedroom and living room with a small kitchen. The bedroom window is giving on the backyard for peaceful nights and there is a small balcony for whenever the weather gets nice.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch.

The flat is extremely well located and offers different nearby commodities:

• U-Bahn Rosenthaler Platz is at about 2 min walking distance. The tram station is even closer.
• A huge Rewe just around the corner (Ackerhalle).
• Many cool restaurants and bars within a 5 min walking radius.
• Weinbergspark literally a few steps away, for whenever the balcony's not big enough.
• And many more great things like bakeries, ice cream shops, cafés... Happy to give some tips!

A few good things to know about the flat:

• Looking for short term, until Nov. 14th. No extension possible.
• The monthly price is all included.
• There will be a contract.
• A deposit of 600€ is asked as safety for valuable furniture. It will be returned fully if there is no damage.
