3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Moabit (95m2) mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete 01.04.-11.05. (flexibel)

Da ich für ein paar Wochen verreist sein werde, biete ich meine schöne, lichtdurchflutete 3,5 Zimmer-Wohnung in Moabit zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich bin den ganzen April und bis inkl. 10. Mai weg, könnte aber die Wohnung auch vorher oder hinterher für ein paar extra Tage freilassen, oder ich könnte sie auch nur für den April vermieten. Mir ist nur wichtig, dass ich die Wohnung einer verantwortungsvollen Person oder einem verantwortungsvollen Paar überlasse, die idealerweise vorher persönlich vorbeikommen können.

Die Wohnung hat 95m2 und besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem ebenso großen Arbeitszimmer (beide nach Osten), einer geräumigen Küche mit Esstisch, einem Schlafzimmer (nach Westen), Badezimmer und einem halben Zimmer, das ich als Abstellkammer nutze. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (u.a. mit zwei Schreibtischen, TV + Sound-Anlage, Schlaf-Couch, Bett, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Nespresso-Maschine, usw.).

Zur U9 Birkenstr. läuft man 3-4 min. Zur Ringbahn Westhafen 10 min. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Bitte kontaktiert mich mit ein paar Infos zu euch und wann ihr zur Besichtigung kommen könntet/wollt.

Der Preis ist inkl. aller Nebenkosten und Internet und gilt pro Monat. Die exakte Miete errechnet sich dann wenn feststeht, wie lang du bleiben würdest.

I'm traveling abroad for a few weeks and am subletting my beautiful, fully equipped apartment in Moabit for that time period. I'll be out of town for all of April and come back May 11 but the dates for the sublet are flexible. I could leave the apartment for a few extra days at the beginning or end. I'm also open to subletting it just for the month of April. Most important to me is that I hand it over to a trustworthy, responsible person or couple, who can ideally come and visit the place beforehand.

The apartment has 95 m2 and 3.5 rooms: a big living room with a balcony, an equally big office (both facing east), a bedroom (facing west), a kitchen, bathroom, and a half room that I use as a walk-in closet. It's fully equipped (TV + speakers, couch, several dining tables, bed, closet, washing machine, dish washer, Nespresso machine....).

3-4 min. walk to U9 Birkenstr., 10 min. walk to S Westhafen. Various shops, bars, restaurants nearby. If you're interested, pls. contact me with your full name, some info about yourself and when you'd like schedule a viewing.

The price includes wifi and everything else for one month. The exact price will depend on the exact rental period.
