Hi all,

as I'm going out of Berlin for a 2w vacation, I'm offering my beautiful 2-bd flat in Moabit (5 min from Ringbahn - Beusselstraße) for this time.

The flat is approximately 65-68sqm with a huge balconyб separate bedroom and kitchen connected with the living room. The space is bright, quiet and perfect both for working from home or 2 weeks vacation. There is a beamer, coffee machine and a monitor for work available if needed.

Considering the amount of additional features in the apartment, I would like to also to take a deposit of 500eur, just to be on a safe side. If everything goes well - will give it back right away.

It's a very well connected with Plotzensee approximately 20 mins by foot, Ringbahn and U-Bahn (U9) access within 10 mins walking. Waldstrasse is the name of the street with multiple ping-pong tables and a bakery/spati in front of the house.

There are couple of good bars around, as well as restaurants and some street food. Will guide you through the neighbourhood if needed.

Looking for responsible people who need a flat to stay. I've been living in Berlin for 5y and know that sometimes it might be hard to find something stable. The price is the lowest I can do, considering my rent + the deposit if, unfortunately, not up to discussion as I will continue living there and need to be sure that everything is alright.
