My cosy apartment is free from mid October (still have to figure out dates, there is some flexibility) because I will be travelling. The rent price includes all utilities (heating, water, electricity, internet, broadcasting).
Just write a few lines about yourself and ideally you can come here and view the apartment personally. I am looking for one or more person(s) who will also take care of the plants a bit. I have rented out my flat several times before and have only had great experiences, so I expect mutual respect :)
The apartment on the 2nd floor has about 58 well-divided sqm, 2 nicely furnished large rooms, an old charming bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered balcony and quiet neighbors. Everything may be used, of course.
In the living room there is a super cozy big sofa, TV + Firestick, dining table and two cabinets. The bedroom offers a comfortable 1.40m bed, a clothes rail, dresser and desk with extra monitor.
There is fast wifi throughout the apartment and enough space for two people working.

You can walk to S-Bahn Beusselstraße in about 10 minutes, to U-Bahn Turmstraße as well. There are also several bus lines (e.g. to Wedding and Schöneberg) that will take you anywhere within 10 minutes.
The Tiergarten is close by - the main sights (Brandenburg Gate, Bundestag, etc.) are easily reached by bike from the apartment, as is the government district. The Spree river (2 min walking distance) and Plötzensee is ideal for walking, Rewe & DM are right on the corner of Beussel/Turmstraße (2 minute walk, you can walk across the property to the other side).
I really like living here, because my street is a residents street and there is hardly any car traffic. Moabit has many restaurants, pubs, co-working spaces and cafes to offer - all within walking or biking distance.

Zur S-Bahn Beusselstraße lauft ihr ca. 10 Minuten, zur U-Bahn Turmstraße ebenfalls. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Buslinien (z.B in den Wedding und nach Schöneberg), die euch innerhalb von 10 Minuten schnell überall hinbringen.
Der Tiergarten ist ganz in der Nähe - die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Brandenburger Tor, Bundestag etc.) sind von der Wohnung aus leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, ebenso das Regierungsviertel. Die Spree (2 min entfernt) und der Plötzensee sind ideal zum Spazierengehen, Rewe & DM liegen direkt an der Ecke Beussel/Turmstraße (2 Minuten Fußweg, man kann über das Grundstück auf die andere Seite laufen).
Ich wohne wirklich sehr gerne hier, da meine Straße quasi eine Anwohnerstraße ist und es kaum Autoverkehr gibt. Moabit hat viele Restaurants, Kneipen, Co-Working-Spaces und Cafés zu bieten - für euch alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
