I'm renting out a beautiful 80 squaremeter apartment in Moabit Hansaviertel.

The apartment has 1 main bedroom, a small guest-room, a large living room a dining area and to the other side an office area. The kitchen is open as well, directly connected to the dining area. There is 1 main bath, and 1 guest toilet as well as a small walk-in closet.
The apartment is situated on the 7th floor with a south looking balcony and windows to both sides, making it brightly lit.

Bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with everything you need (closets, kitchen utensils, chairs, tables etc...).

There are two washing machines in the basement for all tenants to use. On elevator is therefore available.
The apartment suits a couple (possibly with a small child) or two good friends best. It's not suitable for 3 or more people!
In the house there are families and elderly people living - please be aware that respect towards the neighbors is very important!

The apartment has a large bedroom, a small guest room, a large dining work living area that connects directly to the kitchen. There is a main bathroom incl. WC, a separate guest toilet, also a storage chamber next to the hallway.
The apartment is located in 7. Floor with a south facing balcony overlooking the Tiergarten. To the south and north there are large window rows, which makes the apartment very bright.

The rooms and the kitchen are equipped with everything necessary ( cabinets, kitchen utensils and appliances, tables, chairs, etc...).

In the basement there are two washing machines for all housers.
The apartment is particularly suitable for couples (possibly with a toddler) or two good friends, but not for a WG with 3 or more people!
The house is rather quiet, families and elderly people live there, so loud sounds, especially in the evening, such as parties or late dinners with larger groups, should be avoided as much as possible.

Ich vermiete eine schöne, helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung im bekannten Hansaviertel, direkt am Tiergarten.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Gästezimmer, einen großen Ess-Arbeits-Wohnbereich, der direkt an die Küche anschließt. Es gibt ein Hauptbadezimmer inkl. WC, ein separates Gäste-WC, außerdem eine Abstellkammer neben dem Flur.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stockwerk mit einem nach Süden gerichteten Balkon, der über den Tiergarten schaut. Zu Süd und Nord gibt es jeweils große Fensterreihen, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht.

Die Zimmer und die Küche sind mit allem, was nötig ist ausgestattet (Schränke, Küchenutensilien und -geräte, Tische, Stühle, etc...).

Im Keller befinden sich für alle Hausbewohner zwei Waschmaschinen.
Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders gut für Paare (ggf. mit einem Kleinkind) oder zwei guten Freunden, aber nicht für eine WG mit 3 oder mehr Personen!
Das Haus ist eher ruhig, es wohnen Familien und ältere Menschen dort, weshalb laute Geräusche, vor allem abends, wie Parties oder späte Abendessen mit größeren Gruppen, möglichst vermieden werden sollten.
