Apartment 38m2 Moabit

I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my contract as I have to move back to France permanently. The apartment is available from May 1, 2025. The apartment must be rented for a minimum of 6.5 months and a maximum of 2 years. The apartment is a spacious 38m2 studio with bathroom and separate kitchen. Everything is furnished and well equipped (washing machine, oven, double bed, sofa bed...). It has very high ceilings and is quite bright. The apartment is close to public transport (Ubahn, Sbahn and Tramway).
Ameldung is possible. This is not an apartment designed for flat-sharing.
The rent is 1100€ and includes all utilities (electricity, heating, wifi...), so you won't have to pay anything extra.
If you're interested, I can introduce you to the agency, who will make the final decision. You'll need to send them these documents: passport, working contract and, payslips, Mietschuldenfreiheit and Schufa (request now) .
