The location is excellent. The main railway station is very close and the connection to public transport is excellent. Buses just stop right around the corner. The underground station Birkenstraße (U9) is about 7 minutes walk, to Tram M10 approx. 8 minutes, and the Ringbahn (S-Bahn station Westhafen) can be reached in about 12 minutes.

From here, you come quickly, and by bike you are even faster.

Die Wohnung wurde vor drei Jahren komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – der Boden, die Küche und das Bad sind wie neu!

Sie liegt im Seitenflügel eines charmanten Gebäudes mit einem idyllischen Innenhof, in dem sich ein Teich mit Fischen befindet. Dadurch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, und es ist problemlos möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Ein komfortabler Arbeitsbereich mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch und sogar ein Laufband für die Arbeit stehen zur Verfügung.
