Looking for a place when visiting Berlin? Look no further! Dates are a bit flexible too!
I'm planning to spend some time away and would like to sublet my apartment to even out my running costs and offer this lovely place to someone to enjoy Berlin and water my plants :)
It's a fully equipped two-room apartment with a sunny balcony facing south (German-style two-room: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom).
Since the flat is in the back house overlooking the courtyard, it's super calm and the busy main street won't affect your sleep.
This is what you'll find here;
- a 1.60m bed, work desk, and chest of drawers for your use in the bedroom. Pretty firm comfy mattress and bed sheets etc if you need that
- a living room with a couch and 4k projector (tv from the pics is now gone), a dinner table for 2, and another little work desk
- a fully equipped small kitchen, including washing mashine
- bathroom with bathtub
- Wifi
- an elevator all the way to the 3.5th floor (the apartmet is in the 4th so just a couple steps to go)
- south facing balcony
- a little hallway with space for shoes and jackets
- a yard for bicycles
- lots of house plant friends :)
Located right at Sonnenallee, 5 mins from Rathaus Neukölln.
The area is super multicultural and lively which I enjoy a lot and I never had issues with security, but it’s not charlottenburg ;) There's a police station right next door.
3 mins walk to Weserstraße with all the bars and restaurants and cafés. And surrounded by shops, bus stops, vegetable and juice shops, Spätis etc.
Supermarkets 5-10mins walk (Lidl, Rewe, Biocompany) and Neukölln Arcaden 10mins walk max.
The canal (Paul-Linke-Ufer) and park (Wildenbruchplatz) are also a 5 mins walk away.
- Ubahn Rathaus Neukölln - 5 mins
- Bus stop Erkstr. - 2 mins
- Sbahn (Ring) Sonnenallee (10 mins by bus) and Treptower Park (10-15 mins by bus)
- Direct bus connections to Ostkreuz (M43) and Hauptbahnhof (central station)(M41).
I sometimes rearrange my place a bit but will show you all updates during a call or your visit (newest item: a nice e-piano and a 4k projector. The bedroom walls are currently green as visible in some of the bedroom pics)
I prefer calm, responsible tenants as I dearly love this place and everything in it and would like you to treat it with love too. Therefore I'd like to get to know you in person or in a call before you move in. With respect to the neighbors no parties are allowed, but of course you can have guests over in a reasonable, calm context ;)
I’d also love a tenant who’s good with my beloved plants and makes them survive.

AUF DEUTSCH
-2-Zimmer Apartment mit Balkon zwischen Rathaus Neukölln und Paul-Linke-Ufer
- Voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (großes Bett, 2 Schreibtische, alle Kochutensilien, Handtücher, Bettzeug, 4K-Beamer, Waschmaschine, Wifi, sogar ein nettes neues E-Piano...)
- Pluspunkte für Leute, die gern meine Pflanzen gießen :)
- leider Partyverbot - meine Nachbarn sind da empfindlich
- ruhiges Hinterhaus, also keine Angst vor der Sonnenallee!
- ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Weserstraße mit Bars, Restaurants und Cafés, 5-10 Minuten zu den Neukölln Arcaden und der Ubahn Neukölln, 5-10 zu Supermärkten
- Südbalkon mit Stühlen
- Aufzug bis fast bis zur Wohnung (aber wegen ein paar Stufen zwischen Aufzug und Wohnungstür leider nicht rollstuhlgeeignet)
Da die Wohnung nicht so riesig ist und meine Nachbarn mich als ruhig kennen würde ich am liebsten an Einzelpersonen oder ruhige Paare vermieten.
