Schillerkiez: charming 2 room flat in the heart of Neukölln

I would like to sublet my beautiful, cozy apartment from 09/18/2024 to 10/26/2024, since I'm not in Berlin... There is a room with a bed, desk and closet and a room with a black leather sofa, another large wooden table and a balcony with a view of the Weisestrasse... the apartment is right in the middle of the great Schillerkiez but is still quite quiet. The airfield (Tempelhofer Freiheit) is a three-minute walk away, as is Hasenheide. The subway Boddinstrasse is 1 minute away. There is everything you need here: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, a nice market with regional food etc. etc. The apartment has WiFi, a washing machine, a balcony...

If the time from September 18th to October 26th is not ideal for you, I am also a bit flexible, because I do not sleep in the room - I have my own other bedroom that I do not rent. We may therefore be able to live together in the apartment for a few days - then we share kitchen, bathroom and living room, but you still have your own room...

I would like to rent to no more than two people and you should not have pets. I would love it if I could meet you personally before I rent to you. I'm glad to hear from you...if the days do not fit perfectly that's no problem. I sleep in another room and we could use the kitchen and bathroom for some days together...

ich möchte gerne meine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wohnung vom 18. Septem,ber bis 26. Oktober 2024 untervermieten, da ich nicht in Berlin bin... Es gibt ein Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank und ein Zimmer mit einem schwarzen Ledersofa, einem großen weiteren Holztisch und einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Weisestrasse...die Wohnung liegt mittendrin im tollen Schillerkiez ist aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Das Flugfeld (Tempelhofer Freiheit) ist zu Fuß drei Minuten entfernt, die Hasenheide ebenfalls. Die U-Bahn Boddinstrasse ist 1 Minute entfernt. Es gibt hier alles was man braucht: Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bars, einen schönen Markt mit regionalen Nahrungsmitteln etc. etc. Die Wohnung verfügt über Wlan, eine Waschmaschine, einen Balkon.

Falls die Zeit vom 18.September bis 26. Oktober für dich nicht ideal passt, bin ich auch etwas flexibel, denn ich schlafe nicht in dem Zimmer - ich habe ein eigenes anderes Schlafzimmer das ich nicht mitvermiete ;) Wir können daher eventuell auch ein paar Tage gemeinsam in der Wohnung wohnen - dann teilen wir uns Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer, aber du hast trotzdem dein eigenes Zimmer.

Ich möchte gerne an nicht mehr als zwei Personen vermieten und ihr solltet keine Haustiere haben. Am Liebsten wäre es mir, wenn ich euch selbst noch kurz persönlich treffen kann bevor ich an euch vermiete.
