Very nicely furnished 25 m² room (see pictures room 2) with high stucco ceilings, glass desk with chair, TV, antique Wilhelminian style sofa, fouton, bookshelves as well as a designer table.
The rooms do not need wardrobes as there is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer der derzeit besten Ausgehstraßen Berlins mit einer Vielzahl von Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sowie zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung befindet sich zudem in direkter Nähe (5 Minuten) zum Hermannplatz u.a. mit den Ubahn-Linien U8/U7. Für Sportbegeisterte gibt es sehr coole Laufrouten entlang des nahegelegenen Kanals bzw. in den nahegelegenen Parks (Hasenheide, Treptower Park).

The apartment is located on one of Berlin's coolest streets with a great number of awesome cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as stores right in front of the building. The apartment is located near the main public transportation hub Hermannplatz (U7/U8). For runners, there are some cool running trails along the canal or in the parks (Treptower Park, Hasenheide) nearby.
Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes wird die Wohnung vom 16.12.24 bis mindestens zum 31.01.2025 frei. Eventuell kann die Zwischenmiete verlängert werden.

Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Aufgrund von Allergien, sind Haustiere leider nicht erlaubt.
