Please read: I can not subrent to ppl who don't speak any German, as you will have to be able to handle appointments with (mostly-) only German speaking mechanics/ craftsman etc. if needed.

The apartment is about 65 square meters big, has a nice wooden floor and has a nice quiet balcony. The 2 rooms (each about 18/19qm) are furnished each with a bed and basic furnishings. It is ready to use immediately.
The apartment has a kitchen with a table and a small couch and a big renovated bathroom.
Dates are semi-flexible.

The location is perfect! Maybachufer is nice and quiet and the flat is right next to the canal and the market. You can walk to U8 Schönleinstraße in about 3 minutes which takes u to Mitte in 10 min. The street itself and also the neighbours are calm and friendly. The neighbourhood offers everything you need including nice bars and restaurants. Many places are walkable.

I am looking for a trustable and reliable person (or two) who take good care of and value the place.
I would ask you to have a German „Haftpflichtversicherung“.
