Since we'll be away from December 22nd till 28th , we're looking for a kind, peaceful, clean and respectful person to stay and enjoy our 2 room flat, which is located 3 min walk from templhofer Feld.
It is quiet and peaceful here, has good feeling of space, lots of light, and a balcony. Please tell us a bit about yourself and we can take it from there :)
Dates are pretty much fixed.

The building is nice and quite with a green back yard.
The park is 3 min walk away, S bahn and U bahn are 10 min walking distance.
Many supermarkets around, bars and restaurants are not far away as well :) You'll be happy here and I'm trying to reach the 50 words minimum ;)
