Schöne große, vollmöblierte drei Zimmerwohnung, plus Küche und Bad für zwei Wochen zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Deshalb wäre die Wohnung auch WG freundlich. Im großen Arbeitszimmer befinden sich vier Schreibtische, die dazu einladen im Homeoffice oder fürs Studium zu arbeiten.
In der Küche findet man genügend Platz zum Beisammensein und Kochen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Neukölln, zwischen Rixdorf und der Karl-Marx-Str. , in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 4.Stock. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und sehr viel Licht, da es auf einer Seite keine direkten Häuser gibt.
Die Gegend ist sehr vielseitig, einerseits findet man viele neue hipster Bars und Restaurants, andererseits ist das alte Neukölln, belebt von arabischen Geschäften und Händlern immer noch vorhanden. Wer etwas Ruhe und Natur sucht, findet wunderschöne Grünanlagen, wie auch das Tempelhoferfeld ganz in der Nähe. Alles ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Oder man steigt einfach in die Bahn, U7/ Bus.
Lage
Wunderschön gelegen, alles was man braucht, befindet sich in Deiner Nähe, Supermärkte, Park, Bars und Restaurants. Die U7 ist in 1min fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nice large, fully furnished three room apartment, plus kitchen and bathroom for rent for two weeks. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment would therefore also be suitable for shared accommodation. There are four desks in the large study, which invite you to work from home or for your studies.
In the kitchen there is plenty of space for socializing and cooking.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln, between Rixdorf and Karl-Marx-Str., in a quiet side street on the 4th floor. You have sun all day and a lot of light, as there are no houses directly on one side.
The area is very diverse, on the one hand you will find many new hipster bars and restaurants, on the other hand the old Neukölln is still there, lively with Arab stores and traders. If you are looking for some peace and quiet and nature, you will find beautiful green spaces nearby, as well as the Tempelhoferfeld. Everything is within easy walking distance. Or you can simply take the train, U7/bus.
