Cozy apppartment in trendy Rixdorf/Neukölln sublet all of april (29.03.-30.04.)

The flat is located in Rixdorf, a trendy part of Neukölln with many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The S-Bahn Sonnenallee is just 3 minutes away. There’s plenty of supermarkets nearby. You can borrow my cycle if you want to cruise around town.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rixdorf, einem trendigen Teil von Neukölln mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die S-Bahn Sonnenallee ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte. Du kannst mein Fahrrad ausleihen, wenn Du die Stadt erkunden willst.

The flat is my baby, so it’s important for me to find someone who will take good care of it while I’m gone. The backyard is prone to noise so us as neighbours try to be considerate of each other. Please don't be excessively loud and no parties. And I am looking for someone who would like to rent the flat for the whole period, if possible.

Mir ist es wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Der Hinterhof ist ziemlich hellhörig und als Nachbarn achten wir aufeinander. Bitte also nicht übermäßig laut sein und keine Partys. Und ich suche jemanden, der die Wohnung möglichst für den ganzen Zeitraum mieten möchte .
