Enjoy a very comfortable stay in a very lively and well connected part of Neukölln. Centrally located with many bars, restaurants within close walking distance.

Very lively, neighbourhood with lots of cafes, bars, and walkings distance to some of Berlin's wonderful parks and open areas (Körnerpark 10-min walk, and Tempelhofer Feld just a 20-min walk).

The neighbourhood can be quite loud during the day, with mild noise at night - but if the balcony doors are closed, then the noise level is more than ok considering the apartment is on the second floor.

Both the U8 and ringbahn (S-bahn) just a 3 minute walk away. The S-45 to the BER airport is also very accessible, making it only 35-40 min from door to plane

The apartment is right on Hermannstr. One of Neukölln's most popular main streets, so please bear in mind that it can be a bit noisy with when balcony doors are open.
