2-zimmer wohnung am hermmanplatz

Amazing and very very sunny(!) flat close to hermannplatz but going out to the yard (hinterhof), so very quiet. In the flat there is everything you need: forniture, bed, washing machine, kitchen stuff, beddings and towels.
The flat is free till the beginning of July till the 17, but if you need to stay a couple of days longer we can try to organize this.
The kitchen has neu abgezogene dielen, if you know what that is, it´s amazing. There is a huge sofa in the sleeping room, you can have 2 guests sleeping there. There are very nice carpets in both sleeping room and living room, the living room has a electric piano and professional sound system that you can use. Also the desk will be free for you to use. Flat is PERFECT for a couple and amazing luxury for only one person. The shower is really hard to describe, so I´ll let the pictures talk :)
Everything you need is in the flat (towels, beddings, kitchen stuff and so on)

I can rent it for the whole period (the price goes down a little then), or for a part of it, so just hit me up with your proposal. If you rent it for less than 10 days, there will be an additional 30€ fee (NOT per day, only once of course!!) for changing of beddings and so on.
