Hello everyone!
since we are traveling, we are renting out our cozy and fully furnished apartment in a freshly renovated old building on the 4th floor.
The flat has a beautiful kitchen, toilet, shower with bathtub, as well as dishwasher and washing machine. There is a backyard with bicycle racks.
The larger room (approx. 25m2) is very bright and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a desk. The rent for this room, including energy and wifi costs, is 670€ per month.
The smaller room is about 15m2 equipped with loft bed and desk, is very quiet and cozy. The rent of the room is 560 €
Deposit for the whole period 500€
Since we sublet 2 bedrooms, it would be ideal for us to sublet the entire apartment to a couple/family/friends. Otherwise, you will share the apartment with another nice roommate during this time :) x

The area is very nice and lively. You will find many supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Restaurants: am Richardplatz 5 min. walk Biergarten and more
Since we are traveling, our beautiful apartment is available for the mentioned period.
We have plants that would be happy and grateful to get water :)
