11.08.-31.08.: Subletting 3 weeks 70 sqm flat in Neukölln/Keuzkölln, Berlin

We are renting out our beautiful, cozy apartment in the heart of Berlin's trendiest neighborhood, Neukölln (Kreuzkölln), for 3 weeks (80€ a night) while we are on vacation. It's ideal for couples, small families, and individuals alike.€

The apartment is, of course, fully furnished, and we will ensure you have enough space to store your personal belongings and clothes while we're away. Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided by us, along with a very comfortable 160 cm wide bed. Wi-Fi, a projector, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated office for working, and much more are also included.

During this time, you will be living in a cozy, stylish, quiet, and well-organized space. The rear building apartment gets plenty of light in the afternoon, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you are in Berlin to explore the city, on a business trip, or looking for a temporary solution, you will find a cozy oasis here.

Culinarily, you will find everything you can imagine right outside the door, and Tempelhofer Feld as well as various beautiful places by the water are just around the corner.

Parties, smoking, photoshoots, or similar activities are not allowed in the apartment.
