Ich bin der Eigentümer der Wohnung und wohne dort, wenn ich in Berlin bin. Da ich jedoch auch flexibel im Ausland arbeite, vermiete ich meine Wohnung zeitweise, während ich unterwegs bin. 

Mein Zeitplan ist flexibel, daher sind die genauen Einzugs-/Auszugsdaten verhandelbar.

I am the owner of the apartment and live there when I am in Berlin. However, I also work abroad flexibly, and while I am away, I rent out my apartment temporarily.

My schedule is flexible, so the exact move-in/out dates are negotiable. A longer rental period of up to 9 months is also possible.
