1 year sublet from Oct 1st - Private 40m² Section in a WG in Neukölln

I’m renting out a spacious, private section of my newly renovated 80m² apartment for 1-2 people for a year, starting October 1st. You’ll have approximately 40m² to yourself, including a bedroom and a living room, each with separate doors for privacy.

The flat is located in Neukölln, just a 3-minute walk from the U-Bahn, with supermarkets nearby and plenty of cozy bars and cafes in the neighborhood. You’ll share the space with my flatmate, Lexie. Her room is on the opposite side of the apartment, offering plenty of personal space, while still giving you the opportunity to hang out together when you like.

A bit about Lexie:

You’ll be living with Lexie, 24 from Australia. She is in performing arts, currently working in hospitality. She loved exploring Berlin, going out for drinks and spending time together as a housemates. She also really appreciates her down time and sees home as a little sanctuary inside this busy city.

We appreciate keeping the flat clean and quiet, and we are looking for someone reliable who shares the same mindset.

Please note: No Anmeldung is possible.
However, the other room in the apartment may be available starting in March for €700/month, and Anmeldung could be possible for one person.
