We are sub-letting out beautiful apartment from, 9th December* until 31st January.

The place is perfect for a single person or a couple, needing a warm and cosy stay over Christmas and New Years, in a vibrant area of Berlin, close to Weserstrasse.

There is a large open-plan living space for cooking, dining and living, with plenty of natural lighting opening onto balcony.

The kitchen is newly renovated and has a dishwasher and all other things you need.

The large dining table also doubles as a work-space (can provide a monitor if needed).

Our beautiful high-ceiling bedroom has a large comfy bed. We’re happy to provide all linen for you if needed. We’ll also give you the full cupboard space for your things.

The bathroom is also newly renovated and has a bathtub, and washing machine.

The apartment near the vibrant bars, cafes and restaurants of Weserstrasse. The closest U-Bahn Station is Rathaus Neukölln (about 10 mins walk). There are lots of supermarket options in walking distance.
