My contract ends in the end of March so I'm subrenting my apartment from December to the end of March, if you want you can take over the contract afterwards, Anmeldung is possible, all services are included in the rent mentioned above. The internet is crazy fast.

The studio apartment is fully furnished, it has a bed, couch, desk, bathroom, closet and kitchen with dishwasher and oven. It's in the 7th floor with a beautiful view to Tempelhofer Feld. It has huge balcony currently furnished with my outdoor couch and bbq. The apartment was built in February 2022, it has modern and very high quality interior.

The building has different community areas which you can use for free. There is a huge rooftop terrace with a basketball field. A community room with TV and kitchen as well as a gym in the ground floor. There are washing machines and dryers. Outside there is a big bike parking and there are options for car parking.

You have your own apartment with everything you need, plus you can connect with house community which is very international.

IMPORTANT: the real cost of the apartment is 1470 month everything included. I just reduced the rent to 1200 month (that you can pay until march) because I want to rent it quickly but if you are going to take over the contract after March, that's what the landlord will ask for.
