Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig (beide Zimmer zum Hinterhof) und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Neben der Küche und dem Bad gibt es unser Schlafzimmer, was klein aber hell ist ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem grossem Balkon (zum Hinterhof) und viele viele Pflanzen:)

The flat is super cosy and very quiet (both rooms face the courtyard) and is equipped with everything you need.
In addition to the kitchen and the bathroom there is our bedroom, which is small but bright, a very spacious living room with a large balcony (to the backyard) and many many plants:)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal und ist umgeben von gemütlichen Café´s und einem kleinen Park.
Mit dem Bus der 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist kommst du in 10 min zur U8 Rathhaus Neukölln oder zur S-Bahn Station Treptowerpark.
Um die Ecke gibt es den Nahkauf, oder ansonsten 8 Minuten zu Fuss zu Edeka und Netto.

The flat is located directly on the canal and is surrounded by cosy cafés and a small park.
By bus, which is a 5-minute walk away, you can get to the U8 Rathhaus Neukölln underground station or the Treptowerpark S-Bahn station in 10 minutes.
There is a local supermarket around the corner, or otherwise an 8-minute walk to Edeka and Netto.

Wir werden in unsere Familie im Ausland besuchen. In dieser Zeit Suchen wir nach einer Einzelperson oder einem Paar was Lust hat, unsere Wohnung zu beleben und pflegen.
Da wir unsere Sachen da lassen werden, und wir es gerne teilen ist es uns jedoch sehr wichtig jemand zu finden die/der sich liebevoll und fürsorglich darum kümmert. Inklusive Pflanzen!!! ;)
Ansonsten: keine Raucher oder Party Wohnung!

We will be visiting family abroad during. For this time, we are looking for a single person or a couple who would like to liven up and look after our flat.
As we will be leaving our belongings there, and we are happy to share them, it is very important to us to find someone who will look after them lovingly and caringly. including plants!!!;)
