Hello everyone :)
We’re offering our lovely little apartment in Berlin-Neukölln for sublet. The apartment features an open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom (with a very nice shower), and a small balcony. The building is an old-style construction, but our apartment has been renovated — especially with new windows, which make heating much more comfortable in winter ;)
The apartment is fully furnished, and you’re welcome to use everything.
We are looking for a reliable tenant for the time we’re away. The apartment is ideal for a single person or for couples.
In case you didn't consider Neukölln yet, let me tell you the area is in our opinion one of the best! -> more about the location in the discription "Lage".

In our opinion, the location is fantastic! The apartment is situated at the junction of Neukölln, Treptow, and Kreuzberg, also known as the "Dreiländereck" (three-country corner). Right by the canal, you can quickly reach Kreuzberg with its many bars, cafés, and restaurants. On the other side, you’re within walking distance of Maybachufer, Reuterkiez, and Weserstraße, which offer plenty of smaller, less touristy cafés, bars, restaurants, and vintage shops.
If you prefer something quieter, you can simply take a stroll along the canal or head to the nearby Treptower Park, which offers vast green spaces, urban forest, and water.
A bus stop is right outside the door, and shopping options are, of course, also within easy reach.
If you’re not from Berlin, we’d be happy to share some tips about the area! :)
