I am away for a residency for the first two weeks in February and am looking for a respectful person to sublet my home to.
The flat is conventiently located near Hermannplatz on a quiet road with plenty of shops, cute bars and restaurants around.
The flat is spacious and bright, has wooden floors throughout, tiled bathroom with tub, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a small balcony accessible via the living room, the bedroom has a big double bed and space for morning movement routines.
Contact me if you are interested and I send some pics through. The rent reflects half of what I pay, if it's for two people I'd ask a bit more regarding utility costs. Am also open to negotiate the price.
