Hi there,
Hope you’re all good! I am renting out my beautiful apartment for 3 months (1 Feb - 30 April), potentially 4 or 5 months possible. Shorter periods in total also possible.
Its a 60m2 two room flat (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) with a balcony, beautiful and cool location in Berlin Neukölln Weserstrasse - honestly the absolute best place in Berlin I would say! I‘ll attach some pictures for a first impression (please ignore the birthday decoration :D) and it‘s 1250€ per month all inc (gas, Wifi, electricity etc).
