Suitable for one person or a couple, sleeps up to three (double bed + sofa, extra €5 a day for heating and water if there's 3 person), quiet building so NO partying. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but balcony is ok.
The location is in 12049, the lovely Schillerkiez,
U8 Boddinstr is in 7 minutes walk, 7 mins walking to M43 and M41 bus stop.
2 minutes walk to Tempelhofeld, 15 mins walk to Hasenheide, surrounded by good restaurants and good cafe and plenty of nice bars.
Edeka and Lidl and Rewe all within 10 mins walking distance.
The apartment has work station with 4K screen, electronic piano, projector with Sonos sound system, double Japanese low bed, bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, chess board, tattoo station.
