Wir wohnen in Neukölln / Grenze Alt-Treptow mit Blick auf den Kanal und weiter Himmelsicht in einer teilsanierten Altbauwohnung mit Dielen und suchen eine Person / ein Paar / eine kleine Familie mit Baby oder Kleinkind, die die Wohnung für 5 Wochen, im Zeitraum vom 1. bis zum 20. März, bewohnen möchten, wobei das Einzugsdatum flexibel ist bzw. Einzug auch früher möglich ist.
Die Miete beträgt 550 Euro inkl. allem, plus eine Kaution in Höhe von 250 Euro.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gas-Herd und Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80er-Bett und einem Kleinkind-Gitterbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und großem Arbeitstisch und einer tollen Loggia zum in die Weite blicken. Es gibt ein weiteres kleines Zimmer, wo wir unsere privaten Dinge aufbewahren.
