I am renting my flat for a 2-week period (March 6th-20th). I am flexible on the dates.
This is a very cozy 2-room flat with a kitchen and living room, bathroom, and bedroom. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the flat. It's ground floor, but there are curtains to cover every window. No one else lives in the flat, so you will have it to yourself. It's great for singles or a couple.
I have a dog in case you are allergic. She will be staying elsewhere of course, I just wanted to warn anyone.
If you are in Berlin, I'd be happy to show you the place, but am also happy to meet via zoom.
The flat is a 5-minute walk to Templehofer Feld, the incredible old airport park. It's awesome for a bike ride, or watching the sunset. The neighborhood is very cozy with many great restaurants and bars nearby and close to the hustle and bustle of Karl-Marx-Allee and Sonnenallee. The U8 is a quick walk away as are many buses.
There is a Lidl, Eurogida, and Rewe within walking distance for food shopping and many Spatis for a quick beer!
