ich vermiete meine ganze Wohnung vom 01. April 2025 bis zum 30. Juni 2025. Für den gesamten Zeitraum zahlst du insgesamt 956,00 € inklusive Nebenkosten, also es kommen keine zusätzliche Kosten dazu. Internet und Strom ist natürlich dabei. Die Wohnung ist 60 m2 groß und eignet sich perfekt für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson. Die Wohnung ist dann teilmöbliert. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und befindet sich in Neukölln. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du ganz viele Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch Ruhe. Da wir in einer ruhigen Straße leben ist es perfekt, um den Stress des Alltags entkommen zu können.

Eine digitale Führung der Wohnung, wenn du nicht in Berlin wohnst ist auch möglich.

I am renting out my entire apartment from April 1st, 2025, to June 30th, 2025. For the entire period, the total rent is €956.00, including all utilities—there are no additional costs. Internet and electricity are of course included. The apartment is 60 m² and is perfect for a couple or a single person.

The apartment is beautiful and located in Neukölln. You’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby, but also peace and quiet. Since we live on a quiet street, it’s perfect for escaping the stresses of everyday life.

Anmeldung is sadly not possible.
