Apartment
I would like to rent my room in an apartment (3 room flat) or if needed the entire apartment from 19.12 until 27.12 because my roommate and I are going away from Berlin. Dates can be a little tentative if needed. It would be great if someone could stay within this time period but I could rent it also for a shorter time, then I would like to ask for 30€ per day for renting my room and 60€ if you are renting the entire flat.
The apartment is very pretty, furnished, and extremely quiet, a rarity for the vibrant neighborhood of Neukölln, so called "Epicenter of Cool". It is on the top floor and in agreat location near the canal Maybachufer. There a lots of possibilities to go out, have fun, and enjoy the prolific art scene. Reutterkietz -the 'it' part of the city nowadays- is right around the corner. Bus station is located right across the street, and the U Bahn station Hermannplatz and Schönleinstr are 10 minutes walking distance. It takes 15 minutes to get to city center.
On Tuesdays and Fridays, the Turkish market by the water exhibits the variety of inhabitants.
I have one double bed and and a double mattress in a basement. My roommate has also 2 double beds.
