Von den 2 Zimmern, vermiete ich nur das größere (ca. 20m²) der beiden. Das Kleine wird abgeschlossen sein, weil ich darin meine Sachen lagern werde. Die Wohnung hat abgezogene Dielen, dezenten Stuck und ist hell obwohl im 2. Stock Hinterhaus, Morgensonne. Im Sommer schaut man auf ein grünes Blättermeer, dass noch immer viel Licht und Sonne durchlässt.
Für den gesamten Zeitraum hätte ich gerne 700 Euro (all inclusiv, auch Internet.)
Die Lage ist gleich zwischen Sonnenallee und Weserstraße in der grünen Stuttgarter Straße gelegen, sind alle Bars und Kneipen fußläufig zu erreichen, der Supermarkt (Rewe, Nahkauf,Aldi) gleich um die Ecke. Das Weigandufer nur 5 Minuten entfernt. U7 (Karl-Marx-Straße) 7 Minuten und M41 (Geygerstraße) nur 3 Minuten.

I'm going to sublet my cozy 2 bedroom-appartement in Neukoelln-Stuttgarterstraße. Of the 2 rooms, I only sublet the bigger one (20 m²). The smaller one will be locked with my stuff.
For the whole time the rent will be 700 euro all inclusive, also Internet.
It is located right between Sonnenalle and Weserstraße. All Bars are closeby. The canal just a 5 minute walk. U7 underground - 7 minutes; M41 bus - 3 minutes.
