I am renting my apartment in Hermannplatz to 1 person or couple during the period that goes between april the 29th to may the 19th. 33 square meters, separate small bathroom and kitchen. It is right beside Hassenheide park and 3 minutes to Hermannplatz U-Bahn in the very lively area of Kreuzkoelln. Perfect for spending some beautiful spring days in the city.
It is 275 euros with everything included. Internet connection as well. You can use the basement to keep your stuff down there if you have too much. I will also leave my bike here so anyone who rents the place will be free to use it while staying there.
Deposit is 100 euros.
It is also possible to rent it for a shorter period of time. Just come to check the place out and we can discuss about it.
